Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the Marrow platform (web, iOS and Android) by food service businesses and their users.
- Your business's data belongs to you.
- Your Administrators decide who sees what.
- Marrow makes Ergani and myDATA easier; the responsibility for filing stays with you.
- Marrow AI does nothing towards third parties without your OK.
- If you leave, you take your data with you.
01Scope
These Terms govern the relationship between Marrow Ai Systems I.K.E., [address], VAT number (ΑΦΜ) [—] (“Marrow”, “we”) and the business that registers on the platform (the “Customer”).
Marrow is management software for food service businesses: staff, schedules, tips, invoices, connection to myDATA, and the Marrow AI digital assistant.
02Definitions
“Platform”: the web application (connect.marrow.gr) and the iOS and Android apps. “User”: any person who gains access through the Customer's account (administrators, managers, employees). “Customer Data”: any information entered into or collected on the Platform on behalf of the Customer.
03Account and users
The Customer appoints its Administrators, who invite Users and set roles and permissions. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of its details, the security of its passwords and the actions of its Users.
04Subscription and fees
Use is by subscription, according to the offer or plan the Customer has chosen. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. If payment is more than [15] days late, we may restrict access after giving notice.
05Customer obligations
The Customer uses the Platform in accordance with the law, in particular labour and tax legislation. Responsibility for the correct and timely submission of data to Ergani, myDATA and other authorities remains with the Customer; the Platform assists, it does not substitute.
06Customer Data
Customer Data belongs to the Customer. We process it only to provide the service, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and the Privacy Policy. When the subscription ends, the Customer may request an export within [30] days, after which the data is deleted, subject to retention obligations under the law.
07Third-party connections
The Platform connects to third-party services (for example myDATA, Ergani, Viva, Apollo, email, POS systems). The operation of these services is not controlled by us and is governed by their own terms.
08Marrow AI
Marrow AI generates answers and suggestions using artificial intelligence, based on Customer Data. The answers may contain errors and do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. Actions towards third parties (emails, phone calls, orders) are carried out only after confirmation by a User. The connection to Claude or ChatGPT is additionally governed by the AI Connection Terms.
09Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available and give advance notice of scheduled maintenance. Support is provided within the app (Profile → Contact) and at [email protected].
10Intellectual property
The software, the “Marrow” mark and the related content belong to Marrow. The Customer acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fees paid in the [12] months before the event.
12Term and termination
The agreement is in force for as long as the subscription lasts and renews automatically, unless terminated [30] days before it expires. We may terminate it immediately in the event of a serious breach of the Terms.
13Amendments
We may amend the Terms. For material changes we notify the Administrators at least [30] days before they take effect.
14Governing law
The Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected].
